SUPPORT

Our dedicated 24/7 Product and Technical Support Division is responsible for resolving all technical queries relating to the entire SBES product range of lone worker alarms.

LIFESAVER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

For new systems, maintenance is inclusive for the first 12 months under our 12 month warranty.

Our Maintenance Department will write to you 1 month prior to expiration of your warranty offering you an annual maintenance/service agreement. 12 month warranty.

Under the annual maintenance agreement/service agreement we shall:-

  • Service and maintain the system to a fully operational standard.
  • Service and inspect the system at least once within the agreement.
  • Conduct a full visual system inspection.
  • Check & confirm programmed telephone numbers and make any required changes.
  • Check & confirm programmed alarm messages and make any required changes.
  • Conduct full signal test.
  • Test associated telephone line.
  • Check voltages.
  • Inspect/check/change system batteries.
  • Ensure the system software is the latest version.
  • Conduct Electrical Safety Test (PAT TESTING).
  • Fully test the system.
  • Provide additional onsite user training on the system if the system is upgraded.
  • Supply new parts and labour required for the maintenance of the system inclusive of battery replacements.
  • Provide a full maintenance report.
  • Provide full 24/7 Technical support.
  • In the highly unlikely event of a system fault, we will despatch an engineer to investigate and resolve with no associated ‘call out’ charges.

SBES TRACER, PROTECTOR & RESPONDER MAINTENANCE

For SBES Responder & SBES Protector maintenance, all units must be returned to SBES.
